We ensure medium term (a rental from 3 weeks and longer with a higher profit), as well as long term rentals (a year and longer).
Location
We focus on Prague and its surroundings. We search for interesting apartments in inspiring venues. Good conditions and/or being after a reconstruction is a necessary requisite. The properties are either furnished or unfurnished.

Additional services
We offer the RENT&CAREproperty administration aimed at those who already possess a property in the Czech Republic but do not live here. This program is for those who are extremely busy and do not have enough time for the apartment care and maintenance. Or if you do not want to work anymore, enjoy your leisure time, and just watch a rent coming to your bank account, RENT&CARE is for you.
We have decided to offer such a mode of administration where you only pay for a real business case, i.e. there is an issue to solve and there is a reason to start working. It is fair and clear for everyone involved. The administration is usually paid on a flat-rate basis, which usually amounts to 10% of a rent amount (at least 1 000 CZK). In case of newly built properties and/or properties after a reconstruction, there are very few reasons to get involved, so a monthly flat rate wouldn’t be a good deal for you. We agree with that. If we don’t work, you don’t pay.

Administration services hourly rate
- 350 CZK/h. + 21% VAT
- Transport in Prague – 250 CZK + 21% VAT (+ parking fee in related parking zones)
Repairman / craftsman hourly rate
(It is common across the board to pay a repairman’s fee in addition to the flat rate.)
- 300 CZK/h. + 21% VAT (1st hour is charged as a full one and then every initiated half an hour)
- Transport in Prague – 250 CZK + 21% VAT (+ parking fee in related parking zones)
- Weekend extra charge of +50%
- Material is not included in the price
- Work of wider scope (construction etc.) will be charged based on its scope, time demand and range

- Arrangement of painting and services related to common property maintenance
- Arrangement of gardening services
Craftsman services include
- Assembly (assembly of furniture, accessories, kitchen, hanging up pictures, shelves, curtain rails, hangers, drilling, connecting appliances…)
- Plumbing and locksmith works (repairs and battery exchange, toilet and showers repairs…)
- Wiring works
- Painting works
- Minor bricklaying works
- Terrace and garden maintenance
We can provide you with professional services requiring special certification; costs will be determined based on a rate of given by the specialized professional and work will be performed after owner’s agreement. The process is the same for works of wider scope, i.e. renovation, reconstruction and/or post-accident remodeling.
