How we work
Our relationship with you does not end with a lease agreement. We want to take care of you and make you feel looked after. We want you to have somebody to call if a need for a necessary maintenance arises and if you need to ensure any kind of service related to a use of leased premise.

- Legal service, bilingual agreements if necessary
- A handover of a clean and ready to use accommodation and premises
- A handover report including photos and a tally of energy consumption
- Advice on how to use appliances, a heating system, help with filling out forms and advice how to change a utilities provider, how and where to get a parking card…
- Any kind of assistance during your rental if necessary
- Assistance with moving out
- A handover report at the end of the rental including photos and a report of energy consumption for the final statement followed by reimbursing a principal
